French Finishing School was one of those international productions starring both American and European performers. As a result, the dialog was dubbed in after the movie was shot. It makes things a little harder to watch, at least for me. I always have the sense that I am watching a cartoon – action by a character but the real “acting” by another performer. That annoyance aside, French Finishing School stands out as one of the better films of the early 80’s, if for no other reason, the attractiveness of the performers.
