Hyapatia was a girl from the midwest who loved to dance, was fairly good at it, and didn’t mind taking off her clothes as she did. She had made a name for herself in her native state of Indiana, and was beginning to broaden her horizons when I first encountered her in an adult theater in Chicago. Between movies, the management brought girls in to dance. Guys would crowd around the stage and snap pictures as the girls stripped and finished up with a “floor show”.

Some of the women who came through were extremely graphic with that last bit, especially on amateur night when there were a few bucks on the line, but not Hyapatia Lee. She was sexy as hell, but she still kept an element of class to her work. After a girl would dance, she would pose for pictures in the lobby. Hyapatia was always radiant and, although she was a little shy, she was great with the guys who longed for an extra moment with her.
